Student Email
West Salem High School has provided each student with an email where they will be able to contact teachers as well as their peers. Students can expect regular announcements to this account from the West staff. It is a personal email account, that is able to receive emails from beyond just teachers and staff and as such requires much discretion and caution. These email accounts are provided by Google, through their Apps For Education. Students will have access to email, calender, contacts and other Google products that many students already use and have grown accustomed to.
Username: Lastname_First
Password: Student ID + Lowercase Initials
Example:
Name: John Doe
Student ID: 123456
Username: Doe_John
Password: 123456jd
Please Note: Appostrophes and Spaces are removed (So if you have two first or last names, they are joined together without a space).
However, hyphens are not removed.
This is the name that West has on record, not a nickname that you go by.
